Returns for Physical Products:

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return under EU consumer law.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and hygiene-sealed (if applicable).

• Once returned and inspected, I’ll issue a full refund, excluding original shipping fees.

• Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
